During my time at Superposition and Mezo, I offered timely customer support and made effective use of tools like better stack uptime and trello to escalate user problems based on their order of urgency. Thereby enabling the team provide timely solutions to crucial user problems.   I replicated user problems to understand their pain points and made use of tools like Coda  and google docs to create detailed FAQs based on these complaints.

Having spent over three years in the crypto space and two years working with DeFi protocols. I have gained a great deal of experience in navigating network explorers and various DeFi protocols, including DeFi wallets, exchanges , perp DEXes , prediction markets and lending markets. This allows me to understand , replicate and trouble shoot user problems with ease and precision.

I played an active role in launching the Mezo network and Acre.BTC discord communities among others, solidifying security systems, onboarding and retaining users, creating necessary channels and establishing support protocols based on user needs. Overtime I have gained a wealth of experience in community platform management and security.

I have strong English skills, with a high proficiency in written and spoken English. This allows me to communicate  user problems and solutions with precision both verbally and non verbally . This can be attested to by my remarkable performance in the IELTS British council exam where I secured a total band score of 8.5. Outperforming  about 95% of test takers.
